How you'll learn
100% online training on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. No fixed timetable: students progress at their own pace within the intake, which makes it possible to combine study with work.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is anyLogistix, AnyLogic, Python (NetworkX), Power BI, in free, academic or evaluation versions. The exercises are based on real procedures from business continuity exercises, mapping of tier-n suppliers and simulation of supply disruptions. Assessment is continuous per module plus the final integrative project.
Build it end to end
Your final project follows the real engineering workflow, step by step, reviewed by your tutor.
Explain the fundamentals of organisational resilience.
Implement a business continuity system according to ISO 22301.
Map the supply chain and its critical dependencies.
Assess supplier, logistical and geopolitical risks.
Design mitigation and redundancy strategies.
