Selection Process

Send your CV (max. 2 pages), cover letter (1 page), and, if applicable, portfolio (teaching/engineering). Indicate your availability, preferred format (in-person/hybrid/online), and preferred hub.

Blind review of relevant criteria, mapping of profile to area needs, verification of export control requirements if the role requires it

 

Faculty/Adjunct: microclass (15–20 minutes) + pedagogical rubric.
Labs/Tech: reasonable practical challenge or case interview with data/simulation.
Compliance/ESG: regulatory case with reasoned decision.

We combine technical responsibility, quality/ethics, and, where applicable, diversity/accessibility. Behavioral questions and work samples.

References (academic/industry), verification of IP compatibility/conflict of interest. Salary range and conditions are shared.

Week 0: HSE/PSM, GDPR, Export Controls, cyber-OT; access to labs & platforms.
30/60/90 days: objectives, buddy, first assessment, and development plan.
