How you'll learn
Training 100 % online on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. No fixed timetables: students progress at their own pace within the intake, making it possible to combine the programme with work.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is nCode DesignLife, ReliaSoft ALTA, Simcenter Testlab, Romax Enduro, MATLAB, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Tests are studied using real design procedures: designing an accelerated bench cycle from vehicle loads, pressure-decay leak testing of a housing, and failure analysis of a shaft seal. Assessment is continuous per module plus the final integrating project.
Build it end to end
Your final project follows the real engineering workflow, step by step, reviewed by your tutor.
Define mission profiles and validation plans for electric axles.
Transform vehicle loads into accelerated test cycles.
Plan durability tests on component and assembly test benches.
Apply standardised environmental and mechanical tests.
Design and verify sealing and leak-tightness solutions.
