How you'll learn
100% online training on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. There are no fixed timetables: you progress at your own pace within the intake, so the programme fits around your job.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original regulation and applied exercises. The working software is Microsoft Excel, AnyLogic, QGIS, MATSim and Python (pandas), in free, academic or evaluation versions. Practical work is based on real cases of urban route demand estimation, eVTOL operating cost modelling and regulatory impact assessment. Assessment is continuous by module, plus the final capstone project.
Standards covered: Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/664, Regulation (EU) 2018/1139, EASA Special Condition SC-VTOL-01, Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/947, Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/945, Spanish Royal Decree 517/2024, Regulation (EC) No 1008/2008.
