Classic 4×4 Course: Complete Land Rover Restoration
The Course in Lean Angle and Cornering Techniques provides intensive training in the mastery of motorcycle dynamics and vehicle control in bends. It focuses on learning essential techniques to optimise the trajectory, the lean angle and body use, key elements for safe and efficient riding. It includes the study of centripetal force, weight transfer and management of throttle and brakes in cornering situations, both in normal conditions and in emergency situations. The aim is to improve road safety and rider performance through supervised practice.
The course combines theory and practice, using simulations and track exercises to consolidate the concepts learned. It delves into the analysis of suspension and tyres, crucial elements for grip and control in corners. Participants will develop skills to assess risks and take quick decisions on the road, contributing to safer and more responsible riding. Riding awareness and knowledge of the limits of the motorcycle are encouraged.
Take the controls.
Run a real engineering trade-off from this field. Move the sliders, watch the model react in real time and beat the challenge.

How you'll learn
Training 100 % online on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. No fixed timetable: students progress at their own pace within the intake, which makes it possible to combine study with work.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Advanced Excel, Microsoft Project, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Tests are studied using real procedures for inspecting structural chassis corrosion, repairing aluminium and bulkhead panels, road testing and verifying 4×4 transmission. Assessment is continuous by module plus the final integrative project.
