How you'll learn
Fully 100 % online training on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. There are no fixed timetables: students progress at their own pace within the intake, which makes it possible to combine study with work.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is Sphera PHA-Pro, ALOHA, Advanced Excel, Microsoft Power BI, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Practical work is based on real procedures: a HAZOP study of a process, accident investigation using a causal tree, and a plant safety inspection. Assessment is continuous by module, plus the final integrative project.
Build it end to end
Your final project follows the real engineering workflow, step by step, reviewed by your tutor.
Describe the industrial safety framework in manufacturing plants.
Assess mechanical risks in accordance with ISO 12100.
Identify physical, chemical and fire risks.
Apply safety measures against electrical risk.
Manage permits for special work.
