Methodology, software & labs

How you'll learn

Fully 100% online training on the SEIUM Institute campus, with downloadable materials, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. No fixed timetables: students progress at their own pace within the intake, which makes it possible to combine the programme with work.

Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is MATLAB/Simulink, Simulink Test, dSPACE SCALEXIO, NI VeriStand, Vector CANoe, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Cases are studied using real validation procedures for power-split transmission controllers, back-to-back MIL and SIL testing, and fault injection on HIL benches. Assessment is continuous per module plus the final integrating project.

Accreditable laboratories(EN ISO/IEC 17025) with rotor bench, EMC/Lightning pre-compliance, HIL/SIL, vibrations/acoustics.
Evidence-oriented Master's Thesis:safety case, test plan, compliance dossier and operational limits.
Industry Mentored:teachers with experience in training, , eVTOL/UAM and flight test.
Flexible modality(hybrid/online), international cohorts and support from SEIUM Career Services.
Ethics and safety:safety-by-design approach, cyber-OT, DIH and compliance as pillars.
