How you'll learn
My 100 % online training on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. No fixed timetables: students progress at their own pace within the intake, making it compatible with work.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is Minitab, JMP, Siemens Opcenter, Power BI, Python with scikit-learn, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Trials are studied using real procedures for customer complaint analysis with 8D, serial number traceability implementation and run-to-run control on machining lines. Assessment is continuous per module plus the final integrating project.
Build it end to end
Your final project follows the real engineering workflow, step by step, reviewed by your tutor.
Classify defects and quantify the costs of non-quality.
Design batch and serial number traceability systems.
Implement defect capture and coding systems.
Apply root cause methodologies such as 8D, FMEA and Ishikawa.
Implement improvement loops with statistical control and run-to-run.
