How you'll learn
100% online training on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. No fixed timetables: you progress at your own pace within the intake, making it compatible with work.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM, Microsoft Project Online, Power BI, Planview and Deltek Cobra, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Real procedures are studied: designing a delegation of authority matrix for a programme, a portfolio dashboard for infrastructure projects, and an independent review of a project with deviations. Assessment is continuous by module, plus the final capstone project.
Standards covered: ISO 21502:2020, ISO 21505:2017, ISO 21503:2022, ISO 21504:2022, ISO 21508:2018, ISO 31000:2018, PMBOK Guide 7th edition and ANSI/EIA-748.
