How you'll learn
100% online training on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable materials, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. There are no fixed timetables: you progress at your own pace within each intake, so the programme can be combined with work.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standards and applied exercises. The working software is Oracle Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Deltek Acumen Fuse, Power BI and Microsoft Excel, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Exercises are based on real procedures such as building a baselined schedule in Primavera P6, an earned value analysis for one month of works and a DCMA quality check of a contract programme. Assessment is continuous by module, plus the final integrative project.
Standards covered: ISO 21508:2018; ANSI/EIA-748; ISO 21502:2020; ISO 21511:2018; DCMA 14-Point Schedule Assessment; GAO Schedule Assessment Guide 2015; AACE RP 10S-90.
Build it end to end
Your final project follows the real engineering workflow, step by step, reviewed by your tutor.
