How you'll learn
100 % online training on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and a dedicated technical tutor. There are no fixed timetables: students progress at their own pace within the intake, which makes it possible to combine study with work.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is SAP ERP, Siemens Opcenter, PTC Windchill, Python (pandas), in free, academic or evaluation versions. The case studies are based on real procedures: designing marking and identification schemes, traceability analysis following a non-conformity, and simulating product recall. Assessment is continuous, module by module, plus the final integrative project.
Build it end to end
Your final project follows the real engineering workflow, step by step, reviewed by your tutor.
Understand the concept of traceability and its regulatory requirement.
Select appropriate identification and marking systems.
Design production data capture in MES and ERP systems.
Manage product configuration and changes.
Use traceability to investigate non-conformities and recalls.
