How you'll learn
100% online training on the SEIUM Institute campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and a dedicated technical tutor. There are no fixed timetables: students progress at their own pace within the intake, which makes it possible to combine study with work.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is MATLAB, Advanced Excel, Jama Connect, Minitab, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Assessments are based on real procedures: hydraulic cycling tests of cylinders, verification of hydrogen quality, and planning of homologation tests. Assessment is continuous per module, plus the final integrating project.
Build it end to end
Your final project follows the real engineering workflow, step by step, reviewed by your tutor.
Describe the international regulatory framework for hydrogen in vehicles.
Apply the requirements for pressurised storage and their testing.
Verify the components of the fuel system.
Assess the electrical safety of the fuel cell and high voltage systems.
Apply the requirements for hydrogen quality and refuelling.
