How you'll learn
Fully 100% online training on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. There are no fixed timetables: students progress at their own pace within the intake, which makes it possible to combine the programme with work.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is ATLAS of McLaren Applied, MoTeC i2 Pro, Bosch WinDarab, Python with pandas, Microsoft Power BI, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Tests are studied through real procedures for planning and running pre-season tests, operating a remote engineering room, and analysing data between stints. Assessment is continuous per module, plus the final integrating project.
Build it end to end
Your final project follows the real engineering workflow, step by step, reviewed by your tutor.
Define the objectives and constraints of a test campaign.
Prepare run plans with alternatives and priorities.
Configure data acquisition for on-track tests.
Design a data room for remote engineering.
Manage the storage and security of test data.
