SIL (software-in-the-loop) course

About our

The Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) course focuses on the simulation and validation of software systems in a controlled environment, integrating software code with models of the system being simulated. It allows for the early detection of errors, verification of requirements, and optimization of software performance, reducing development costs and risks. It centers on running the software under test within a simulated environment, allowing interaction with the system models in real time, simulating sensors, actuators, and the external environment. This facilitates the evaluation of software under realistic and complex conditions.

The course provides hands-on experience in the use of SIL tools and methodologies, covering topics such as system modeling, test case generation, and results analysis. Participants learn to design and execute test scenarios, evaluate software robustness and stability, and identify potential failures.

The objective is to train professionals capable of applying SIL in the development of embedded systems, control systems, and safety-critical software, improving product quality and reliability.
