How you'll learn
100% online training on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. No fixed timetable: students progress at their own pace within the intake, making it possible to combine with work.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is ReliaSoft Weibull++, Minitab, Power BI, Python (pandas), APIS IQ-RM, in free, academic or trial versions. Tests are studied using real procedures for warranty data analysis, accelerated life testing and field failure tracking. Assessment is continuous by module plus the final integrating project.
Build it end to end
Your final project follows the real engineering workflow, step by step, reviewed by your tutor.
Describe the role of RAMS in vehicle development.
Calculate reliability metrics such as MTBF, failure rate and B10.
Define field and warranty KPIs for product monitoring.
Analyse warranty data using Weibull distributions.
Evaluate the maintainability and availability of vehicle systems.
