How you'll learn
100% online study on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. There are no fixed timetables: you progress at your own pace within each intake, so the programme fits around your job.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original regulations and applied exercises. The working software is the ETAES database, the UNECE WP.29 Documents Portal, Microsoft Excel and Jira, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Practical work is based on real procedures: classifying vehicles and selecting applicable regulations, preparing a type-approval file and simulating a conformity of production audit. Assessment is continuous, module by module, plus the final project.
Standards covered: UNECE 1958 Agreement (Rev. 3); Regulation (EU) 2018/858; Regulation (EU) 2019/2144; UNECE 1998 Agreement; UN Regulation No. 0 (IWVTA); Regulation (EU) 2020/683; Royal Decree 750/2010; Regulation (EU) 2017/1151 on emissions.
Build it end to end
Your final project follows the real engineering workflow, step by step, reviewed by your tutor.
