How you'll learn
100% online training on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. There are no fixed timetables: students progress at their own pace within the intake, which makes it possible to combine study with work.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Cleopatra Enterprise, Power BI, advanced Excel, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Tests are studied using real procedures from practical cases of cost estimation, simulation of project control with earned value, and cost risk analysis with Monte Carlo. Assessment is continuous per module plus the final integrative project.
Build it end to end
Your final project follows the real engineering workflow, step by step, reviewed by your tutor.
Describe the lifecycle and cost structure of naval and offshore projects.
Prepare cost estimates according to their level of definition.
Define the package procurement strategy.
Establish the reference budget and control deviations using earned value.
Manage variation orders and contractual claims.
