How you'll learn
100 % online training on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and a dedicated technical tutor. No fixed timetables: students progress at their own pace within the intake, which makes it possible to combine study with work.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is SolidWorks, Ansys Mechanical, CATIA V5, KeyShot, Siemens NX, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Tests are studied using real design and validation procedures for luggage mounts, accessory fatigue and corrosion testing, and preparation of component type approval files. Assessment is continuous, module by module, plus the final integrating project.
Build it end to end
Your final project follows the real engineering workflow, step by step, reviewed by your tutor.
Define functional specifications for motorcycle accessories.
Design luggage systems and mounts with safety criteria.
Develop protective and comfort accessories compatible with the base motorcycle.
Validate accessories through calculation and fatigue, impact and corrosion testing.
Identify the type approval route applicable to each accessory.
