How you'll learn
The programme is delivered 100% online on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. There are no fixed timetables: you progress at your own pace within each intake, so you can combine it with your job.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is Agisoft Metashape, Pix4Dmapper, QGIS, LAStools and CloudCompare, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Exercises are based on real procedures: topographic surveys with UAS, LiDAR point cloud classification and quality control with independent check points. Assessment is continuous for each module, plus the final Master's Thesis.
Standards covered: ASPRS Positional Accuracy Standards for Digital Geospatial Data, ISO 19115-1, ISO 19157-1, Directive 2007/2/EC (INSPIRE), Royal Decree 1071/2007, Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/947, IEC 60825-1, ASPRS LAS Specification 1.4.
