How you'll learn
100% online training on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. No fixed timetables: you progress at your own pace within each intake, making it compatible with work.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is Minitab, Q-DAS, Siemens Teamcenter Quality, advanced Excel and Power BI, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Practical work is based on real procedures: process FMEA of a motorcycle assembly process, product audit of finished motorcycles and analysis of a field complaint using the 8D methodology. Assessment is continuous by module plus the final Master's Thesis.
Standards covered: IATF 16949, ISO 9001, AIAG-VDA FMEA Handbook, AIAG APQP, AIAG PPAP, VDA 6.3, AIAG MSA, Regulation (EU) 168/2013.
Build it end to end
