How you'll learn
The programme is delivered 100% online on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. There are no fixed timetables: you progress at your own pace within each intake, so you can combine it with your job.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is Siemens Simcenter Testlab, Ansys Mechanical, CST Studio Suite, MATLAB and Rohde & Schwarz EMC32, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Testing is studied through real procedures for climatic and dynamic tests according to MIL-STD-810, emissions and susceptibility tests according to MIL-STD-461, and synthesis of vibration profiles from measurements. Assessment is continuous by module, plus the final Master's Thesis.
Standards covered: MIL-STD-810H; MIL-STD-461G; MIL-STD-464C; DEF STAN 00-35; STANAG 4370; DEF STAN 59-411; ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
Build it end to end
Your final project follows the real engineering workflow, step by step, reviewed by your tutor.
