How you'll learn

100% online training on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. There are no fixed timetables: you progress at your own pace within the intake, so you can combine it with your job.

Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is Qiskit, GMAT, VOSviewer, Ansys Granta and Python, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Real procedures are studied, such as bibliometric and patent analysis, construction of foresight scenarios and technology maturity assessment. Assessment is continuous by module, plus the final Master's Thesis.

Standards covered: AI Act (EU) 2024/1689, Dual-Use Regulation (EU) 2021/821, Outer Space Treaty, Biological Weapons Convention, IEC 60825-1, NIST FIPS 203, ISO 16290.

Assigned technical tutor:every module ends with a deliverable that your tutor marks individually.
Standards-based learning:guided reading of the AI Act (EU) 2024/1689, the Dual-Use Regulation (EU) 2021/821 and the Outer Space Treaty applied to real cases, not as a theoretical annex.
Industry software:Qiskit, GMAT, VOSviewer, Ansys Granta and Python, in free, academic or evaluation versions.
Master's Thesis with defence:A foresight study of an emerging technology, with maturity analysis, scenarios, roadmap and governance recommendations, defended before a panel.
Flexible format:100% online, no fixed timetables, compatible with full-time work.
