Methodology, software & labs

How you'll learn

A 100% online programme on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. There are no fixed timetables: you progress at your own pace within each intake, so the programme fits around your job.

Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce Service Cloud, ReliaSoft Weibull++, Python and AWS IoT FleetWise, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Exercises are based on real procedures: spare parts inventory optimisation, reliability analysis of field failures and the design of a subscription-based connected service. Assessment is continuous by module, plus the final Master's Thesis.

Standards covered: Regulation (EU) 461/2010, UN Regulation No. 156, UN Regulation No. 155, Regulation (EU) 2018/858, Regulation (EU) 2023/2854 (Data Act), Directive 2000/53/EC, Regulation (EU) 2023/1542, Directive (EU) 2019/771.

Assigned technical tutor:every module ends with a deliverable that your tutor marks individually.
Standards-based learning:guided reading of Regulation (EU) 461/2010, UN Regulations No. 155 and No. 156, and the Data Act applied to real cases, not as a theoretical annex.
Industry software:SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce Service Cloud, ReliaSoft Weibull++, Python and AWS IoT FleetWise, in free, academic or evaluation versions.
Master's Thesis with defence:the design and business case of a connected aftersales service, from market analysis to rollout plan, defended before a panel.
Flexible format:100% online, no fixed timetables, compatible with full-time work.
