How you'll learn
100% online training on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. No fixed timetable: students progress at their own pace within the enrolment period, which makes it possible to combine the course with work.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, VISIPLAN 3D ALARA, Power BI, in free, academic or evaluation versions. The case studies are based on real procedures: drafting a work breakdown structure, risk analysis of a decommissioning project, and study of dismantled power plants. Assessment is continuous, module by module, plus a final integrative project.
Build it end to end
Your final project follows the real engineering workflow, step by step, reviewed by your tutor.
Explain decommissioning as a complex engineering project.
Plan the scope, schedule and structure of a project.
Select appropriate characterisation and decontamination techniques.
Manage project risks, quality and monitoring.
Analyse the academic, social and knowledge transfer dimensions.
