How you'll learn
Training 100% online on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and a dedicated technical tutor. No fixed timetables: learners progress at their own pace within the enrolment period, making it possible to combine the programme with work.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is LabWare LIMS, Minitab, GUM Workbench, R, advanced Excel, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Case studies are based on real procedures: method validation of test methods, interlaboratory comparisons and proficiency testing, and internal audits of the management system. Assessment is continuous per module, plus the final integrative project.
Build it end to end
Your final project follows the real engineering workflow, step by step, reviewed by your tutor.
Interpret the competence requirements of ISO/IEC 17025.
Manage personnel, facilities and equipment in accordance with the standard.
Validate test and calibration methods using statistical criteria.
Estimate measurement uncertainty in accordance with the GUM.
Issue traceable and compliant results reports.
