How you'll learn
Fully 100% online training on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and a dedicated technical tutor. There are no fixed timetables: students progress at their own pace within the intake, which makes it possible to combine study with work.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is Advanced Excel (VBA), @RISK, Macabacus, Python (numpy-financial), in free, academic or evaluation versions. The case studies are worked through using real procedures for building project financial models, debt sizing by DSCR ratio, and sensitivity and scenario analysis. Assessment is continuous across each module, plus a final integrative project.
Build it end to end
Your final project follows the real engineering workflow, step by step, reviewed by your tutor.
Explain the structure and participants of a project finance deal.
Analyse the key project contracts and their risk allocation.
Build a financial model following good practice.
Size and structure debt according to coverage ratios.
Calculate project and equity returns.
