How you'll learn
100 % online training on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and assigned technical tutor. No fixed timetables: students progress at their own pace within the intake, which makes it possible to combine study with work.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is Salesforce Automotive Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Google Analytics 4, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Tests are studied on real procedures: mapping the purchase journey for an electric motorcycle, redesigning the workshop reception experience, and configuring a lead follow-up workflow in the CRM. Assessment is continuous per module, plus the final integrating project.
