Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is Salesforce Sales Cloud, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce CPQ and Gong, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Exercises are based on real procedures: qualifying opportunities with MEDDICC, preparing a technical and commercial proposal and a simulated negotiation with purchasing. Assessment is continuous by module, plus the final Master's Thesis.
