Methodology, software & labs

How you'll learn

The programme is delivered 100% online on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. There are no fixed timetables: you progress at your own pace within each intake, so you can combine it with your job.

Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is SAP GTS, Descartes Visual Compliance, Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE Global Trade, Interos and Power BI, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Testing is studied through real procedures for classifying products against control lists, designing internal compliance programmes and analysing supplier risk. Assessment is continuous by module, plus the final Master's Thesis.

Standards covered: International Traffic in Arms Regulations (22 CFR 120-130); Export Administration Regulations (15 CFR 730-774); Common Position 2008/944/CFSP; Regulation (EU) 2021/821; Spanish Law 53/2007; Directive 2009/81/EC; Directive 2009/43/EC; ISO 37001:2016.

Assigned technical tutor:every module ends with a deliverable that your tutor marks individually.
Standards-based learning:guided reading of the ITAR, the EAR and Common Position 2008/944/CFSP applied to real cases, not as a theoretical annex.
Industry software:SAP GTS, Descartes Visual Compliance, Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE Global Trade, Interos and Power BI, in free, academic or evaluation versions.
Master's Thesis with defence:A supply chain map, export control analysis, compliance programme and offset strategy for a company or programme, defended before a panel.
Flexible format:100% online, no fixed timetables, compatible with full-time work.
