How you'll learn
100% online training on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. There are no fixed timetables: you progress at your own pace within the intake, so the programme can be combined with full-time work.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is Maxsurf, HullScant, Rhinoceros 3D, AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Practical work is studied on real procedures for stability calculation according to ISO 12217, technical file preparation and certification testing. Assessment is continuous for each module, plus the final Master's Thesis.
Standards covered: Directive 2013/53/EU, Real Decreto 98/2016, ISO 12217-1, ISO 12215-5, ISO 10240, ISO 14946, ISO 8666, ISO 9094.
Build it end to end
Your final project follows the real engineering workflow, step by step, reviewed by your tutor.
