Methodology, software & labs

How you'll learn

100% online training on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. No fixed timetables: you progress at your own pace within each intake, making it compatible with work.

Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is SAP Service Management, Salesforce Service Cloud, Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Python, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Practical work is based on real procedures: analysis of warranty data for a model, design of a workshop network for a new market and improvement of the mean time to repair at a dealership. Assessment is continuous by module plus the final Master's Thesis.

Standards covered: ISO 9001, EN 13306, EN 15341, ISO 55000, Regulation (EU) 2023/988, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, Directive (EU) 2019/771, Regulation (EU) 168/2013.

Assigned technical tutor:every module ends with a deliverable that your tutor marks individually.
Standards-based learning:guided reading of ISO 9001, EN 13306, EN 15341 and Directive (EU) 2019/771 applied to real cases, not as a theoretical annex.
Industry software:SAP Service Management, Salesforce Service Cloud, Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Python, in free, academic or evaluation versions.
Master's Thesis with defence:an after-sales plan for a motorcycle manufacturer, from after-sales diagnosis and network design to workshop processes, the warranty system, spare parts, training and the economic plan, defended before a panel.
Flexible format:100% online, no fixed timetables, compatible with full-time work.
