How you'll learn
100% online training on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. No fixed timetables: you progress at your own pace within the intake, so it fits around your job.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original regulations and applied exercises. The working software is Guidewire ClaimCenter, UiPath, Celonis, Power BI and Python, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Exercises are based on real procedures: redesigning claims processes with Lean and BPMN, automating claims document management, and severity and leakage analytics. Assessment is continuous by module, plus the final Master's Thesis.
Standards covered: Law 50/1980 on Insurance Contracts, Order ECO/734/2004 on customer service departments, Directive 2009/138/EC (Solvency II), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Royal Decree 1060/2015 (ROSSEAR), ISO 9001:2015, Regulation (EU) 2022/2554 (DORA).
