How you'll learn

The programme is delivered 100% online on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. There are no fixed timetables: you progress at your own pace within the intake, making it compatible with work.

Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is Caterpillar Fleet Production and Cost Analysis, Rockwell Arena, SAP Plant Maintenance and Microsoft Power BI, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Testing is studied through real procedures for field productivity studies, sector-specific maintenance plans and simulation of load-and-haul operations. Assessment is continuous by module plus the final Master's Thesis.

Standards covered: Royal Decree 863/1985, Royal Decree 1627/1997, Royal Decree 1215/1997, UNE-EN 13306, ISO 55000, ISO 11850.

Assigned technical tutor:every module ends with a deliverable that your tutor marks individually.
Standards-based learning:guided reading of Royal Decree 863/1985, Royal Decree 1627/1997 and Royal Decree 1215/1997 applied to real cases, not as a theoretical annex.
Industry software:Caterpillar Fleet Production and Cost Analysis, Rockwell Arena, SAP Plant Maintenance and Microsoft Power BI, in free, academic or evaluation versions.
Master's Thesis with defence:A complete operations and maintenance proposal for a mining, construction or forestry operation, with productivity, maintenance, safety and training plans, defended before a panel.
Flexible format:100% online, no fixed timetables, compatible with full-time work.
