How you'll learn
100% online training on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable materials, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. There are no fixed timetables: you progress at your own pace within each intake, making it compatible with work.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is BikeSim, MATLAB/Simulink, Ansys Mechanical and SolidWorks, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Tests are studied through real procedures: drawing up the requirements matrix of an electric motorcycle, certifying an e-scooter under Royal Decree 970/2020 and planning the tests of a pedal-assisted bicycle. Assessment is continuous by module, plus the final Master's Thesis.
Standards covered: Regulation (EU) 168/2013, Delegated Regulation (EU) 3/2014, Royal Decree 970/2020, EN 17128:2020, EN 15194:2017, UN R78, UN R41, EN 50604-1:2016.
