Methodology, software & labs

How you'll learn

The programme is delivered 100% online on SEIUM's campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. There are no fixed timetables: you progress at your own pace within each intake, so it fits around your job.

Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is SimaPro, openLCA, Sphera GaBi, AVL CONCERTO and Microsoft Sustainability Manager, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Testing is studied through real procedures: chassis dynamometer emissions tests, stack emissions measurements and product carbon footprint calculations. Assessment is continuous, module by module, plus the final Master's Thesis.

Standards covered: Regulation (EC) 715/2007, Directive 2010/75/EU, ISO 14064-1, Regulation (EU) 2019/631, ISO 14067, ISO 14001, Directive (EU) 2022/2464, Regulation (EU) 2023/956.

Assigned technical tutor:every module ends with a deliverable that your tutor marks individually.
Standards-based learning:guided reading of Regulation (EC) 715/2007, Directive 2010/75/EU and ISO 14064-1 applied to real cases, not as a theoretical annex.
Industry software:SimaPro, openLCA, Sphera GaBi, AVL CONCERTO and Microsoft Sustainability Manager, in free, academic or evaluation versions.
Master's Thesis with defence:An environmental compliance and decarbonisation plan for a real organisation or product, defended before a panel.
Flexible format:100% online, no fixed timetables, compatible with full-time work.
