How you'll learn
A 100% online programme on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable materials, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. There are no fixed timetables: you progress at your own pace within each intake, so the programme is compatible with full-time work.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is SimaPro, openLCA, Sphera LCA for Experts, IMDS and Ansys Granta Selector, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Testing is studied through real procedures: disassembly analysis of real components, comparative life cycle assessments of alternatives and circular regulatory compliance audits. Assessment is continuous by module, plus the final Master's Thesis.
Standards covered: ISO 14006:2020, ISO 14040:2006, ISO 14044:2006, Directive 2000/53/EC, Regulation (EU) 2023/1542, Directive 2005/64/EC, Regulation (EU) 2024/1781 (ESPR) and BS 8887-220:2010.
Build it end to end
Your final project follows the real engineering workflow, step by step, reviewed by your tutor.
