How you'll learn
A 100% online programme on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. There are no fixed timetables: you progress at your own pace within each intake, so the programme fits around your job.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is Gainsight, Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, Pendo and Jira Service Management, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Exercises are based on real procedures: designing a customer health model, root cause analysis of technical incidents and an adoption and expansion plan for an account. Assessment is continuous by module, plus the final Master's Thesis.
Standards covered: ISO 10002:2018, ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018, ITIL 4, ISO 18295-1:2017, ISO 23592:2021, Directive (EU) 2022/2555 (NIS2), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), ISO 9001:2015.
