How you'll learn
100 % online training on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. No fixed timetable: students progress at their own pace within the intake, which makes it possible to combine study with work.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is HubSpot CRM, Canva, Google Workspace, Trello, WordPress, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Practical work is based on real procedures: simulating a first visit with a customer, drafting quotes and progress reports, and handling complaints in real cases. Assessment is continuous by module, plus the final integrating project.
