How you'll learn
100% online training on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. No fixed timetables: you progress at your own pace within the intake, making it compatible with work.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is Presto, CYPE Arquímedes, Microsoft Project, Procore and Fieldwire, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Testing is studied on real procedures such as acceptance control of materials in a façade refurbishment, cost monitoring of works in an occupied building and an internal audit of the quality plan. Assessment is continuous by module plus the final integrating project.
Standards covered: Ley 38/1999, Real Decreto 314/2006, UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015, ISO 10005:2018, Real Decreto 105/2008, Real Decreto 396/2006, UNE 41805, Real Decreto 1627/1997.
