How you'll learn
Delivered 100% online on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. There are no fixed timetables: you progress at your own pace within each intake, so the programme fits around your job.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is Simcenter Testlab, MATLAB/Simulink with Powertrain Blockset, AVL CRUISE M, HEAD acoustics ArtemiS SUITE and Simcenter Amesim, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Testing is studied through real procedures: NVH measurements on a semi-anechoic bench, driveability evaluation on track and consumption calculation over homologation cycles. Assessment is continuous by module, plus the final integrating project.
Standards covered: Regulation (EU) 2017/1151 (WLTP), ISO 26262, UNECE Regulation No. 138 (AVAS), ISO 362-1, ISO 2631-1, ISO 532-1, UNECE Regulation No. 51.
Build it end to end
