Its objective is to align each student’s technical and personal competencies with the real demands of the global engineering market.

Careers and Development Centre: professional coaching, technical CVs, interviews, and portfolio development.

Individualized coaching: sessions with certified advisors in career guidance, employability and emotional intelligence.

Technical CV development: adapting the curriculum for specific sectors (aerospace, automotive, energy, defense, AI…).

Technical interview simulations: practical preparation for interviews with multinational companies, technical panels, or project defense processes

Digital portfolio optimization: building portfolios based on projects, simulations, Master's/Bachelor's theses, prototypes and publications in the SEIUM Research Repository (SRR).

Soft skills workshops: intercultural communication, leadership of technical teams, time management and international negotiation.

The SEIUM Venture Lab is the university’s core hub for entrepreneurship and technology venture creation. Here, students, researchers, companies, and investment funds come together to turn disruptive ideas into real engineering start-ups.

  • Project Incubator: technical, legal, and financial support to turn prototypes or final master’s projects into business ventures.

     

  • Venture Builder Programme: end-to-end support from idea conception to market launch or seed investment.

    • European programmes (EIC Accelerator, Horizon Europe, CDTI NEOTEC).

    • Venture capital and angel investors specialising in Deep Tech.
