1. SERVICE PROVIDER IDENTIFICATION

2. PURPOSE
These Terms govern the purchase and access to Seium’s online/on-site training programmes (as offered), including access to the platform, materials and, where applicable, certification.
3. PURCHASE PROCESS
To purchase a training programme, the user must:
a) Select the programme and delivery mode.
b) Complete the enrolment/purchase form.
c) Review the summary (price, taxes, conditions).
d) Make payment (if applicable).
e) Receive email confirmation with details and access/instructions.
4. PRICE, TAXES AND INVOICING
Prices are displayed in [CURRENCY] and may include or exclude taxes as indicated (VAT or others). An invoice will be issued where applicable, using the details provided by the user.
5. PAYMENT METHODS
The methods shown at checkout are accepted (card, bank transfer, payment gateway, etc.). Access may be conditional on payment confirmation.
6. ACCESS TO THE TRAINING AND REQUIREMENTS
Access is enabled within [TIMEFRAME: immediate / 24h / on the start date].
The user is responsible for having a suitable connection and compatible device.
Credentials are personal and non-transferable.
7. MATERIALS USE LICENCE
The user receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use. The following are prohibited:
Sharing credentials.
Redistributing materials, recordings or assessments.
Publishing content on repositories, social networks or third-party platforms without authorisation.
8. SUPPORT AND COMMUNICATIONS
Support is provided via: admision@seium.university. Seium may send essential operational communications (confirmations, academic notices, incidents).
9. CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES AND WITHDRAWAL
9.1. Consumer users (B2C)
As a general rule, there is a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, subject to legal exceptions.
For digital content/services, the right of withdrawal may be excluded if: (i) the user requests that performance begins during the withdrawal period, (ii) acknowledges that they lose the right, and (iii) Seium confirms the purchase in accordance with applicable regulations. BOE
Seium will implement this express consent in the purchase process where applicable.
9.2. Business/professional customers (B2B)
Where the purchaser acts as a business or professional, consumer withdrawal rights do not apply; cancellation conditions will be those indicated in the offer or contract.
9.3. Internal change policy (if you want to apply it)

10. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
Seium may suspend or cancel access if it detects fraudulent use, account sharing, infringement of intellectual property rights, or a serious breach of these conditions, without prejudice to legal action.
11. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Seium’s training programmes are educational in nature. Unless legally required, Seium does not guarantee specific professional outcomes (employment, promotions, external certifications), which depend on factors beyond the service.

You may submit complaints to admision@seium.university,. If you are a consumer, you may also contact the relevant consumer protection bodies.
Note: the European ODR platform for online dispute resolution was closed on 20/07/2025, so it is not offered as an active channel. Consumer Redress in the EU+1
13. CHANGES TO THE TERMS
Seium may modify these terms due to service improvements, legal changes or commercial changes. The version in force will be the one published on the website.
14. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For disputes, the courts and tribunals of Valencia, Spain will have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer jurisdiction rights.
