How you'll learn
100 % online training on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded lectures and an assigned technical tutor. No fixed timetables: students progress at their own pace within the intake, which makes it possible to combine study with work.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is Oracle Hospitality Cruise Shipboard Property Management System, Seaware, Salesforce, Microsoft Power BI, in free, academic or evaluation versions. The practical work is based on real procedures: digital process map of a port call, design of the passenger's digital journey, onboard revenue dashboard. Assessment is continuous per module plus the final integrating project.
