How you'll learn
100 % online training on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable materials, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. There are no fixed timetables: students progress at their own pace within the intake, so it can be combined with work.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Excel, Looker Studio, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Exercises are based on real procedures: designing indicators for a municipal policy, building a results dashboard, and reviewing a performance management system. Assessment is continuous across each module, plus a final integrative project.
Build it end to end
Your final project follows the real engineering workflow, step by step, reviewed by your tutor.
Understand results-based management models in the public sector.
Build results chains and theories of change.
Design key performance indicators that meet quality criteria.
Select KPIs for the main urban policies.
Develop dashboards for monitoring.
